No Fear. Trust.
Whenever I feel afraid,
I hold my head erect,
And " ________________________________________"
what comes next, gal?
And Whistle a Happy Tune
so no one will suspect, I'm afraid.
What makes you afraid? What do you do when you fear?
Whistle like Anna?
Spiral down into sadness?
Put on your Grumpy pants?
A way I have learned to smack down fear is to say out loud:
NO FEAR! TRUST!
I actually do say it out loud. "No Fear. Trust, Leslie. "
I replace the
You take care of me. I don't how You are going to do it in this situation. But I TRUST YOU.
5 We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. II Corinthians 10:5
Take those thoughts captive.
We do this when we say,
We do this when we say,
"I trust You, Lord."
Faith is our shield to protect us.
Saying out loud, "I trust You, Lord," is my shield.
Saying out loud, "I trust You, Lord," is my shield.
And finally~
6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Choose to trust.
Choose to be thankful.
Choose to think about the things He says are true.
No Fear.
Trust.
